For airport pickups the first 60 minutes after your flight's actual landing time are free, and flight delays are never charged because the driver tracks your flight. Beyond that included hour, extra waiting at the airport is charged €50 per additional 30 minutes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pickup time, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the fare. Cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp, quoting your booking reference.

Online bookings are paid by card when you book. You can also pay the driver in cash, provided a deposit of at least 30% is paid online when booking; the balance is paid in cash at the end of the ride. Companies can pay against an invoice.

Your vehicle is reserved in advance for your name and your flight. The price is agreed before you travel, the driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign even if the flight lands late, and the car is yours alone — no queueing at a rank, no surge pricing and no shared stops.
